ABOUT LOS CABOS
Our restaurant started with humble beginnings. Chef Carlos started as a cook at Los Cabos Mexican Restaurant learning the ins-and-outs of the industry and operations. With the experience he built throughout his years serving in the restaurant industry, he established a firm foundation for the Los Cabos restaurant, with the determination and drive to keep high quality and serve delicious dishes made only with the freshest ingredients.
When you walk into Los Cabos Mexican Restaurant, you’ll find yourself being transported to Mexico. Chef Carlos have been cooking Mexican food for more than 30 years. Carlos and his family specializes in making homemade food with love.
Everything you experience while dining with us is made to feel like enjoying a traditional meal with family, from banquet style tables to our homemade tacos, enchiladas, fajitas, and more.
